About WOD.SQD

We aim to get you moving more, improving your health and training harder as part of our Squad community. 

We have a few options you can choose from, ranging from a squad subscription where you will receive a workout along with the rest of your squad every morning, to a tailored personal training service where you will receive constant support from our Personal Trainers. 

Subscription Service
With our subscription service you will receive an email every morning of the week so you’re ready to hit the ground running as soon as you’re up or you can save the workout to do later in the day.

We aim to provide our squad with a completely balanced week so five days will be workouts, one will be an active recovery session and one will be a rest day email which may contain a recipe, some nutrition advice or a fitness article to read.

Bespoke Virtual Personal Training
If a more personalised approach is what you are looking for, we also have our Bespoke Personal Training option available. With this option you will be allocated one of our 3 fully qualified and extremely experienced Personal Trainers who will be with you every step of the way.

This option includes a 4 or 8 week Programme with a 30 minute Virtual Catch up session per week.

Whichever option you decide to take we will do this as a Squad and support you on your own health and fitness journey.
