WOD.SQD was born from a simple thought…

How can we get more people active?

By joining our squad we will ensure you are covering all aspects of fitness throughout your week – by delivering daily workouts to your inbox before you wake up.

We want to take the time and stress of effective and structured workout planning off your hands, so you can give each workout 100% and do your squad proud! 

All of our workouts can be done at home or in a gym environment, and each workout will have the option to be tailored to your level of fitness with a choice of ‘Beginner’, ‘Intermediate’, and ‘Advanced’ settings.

Our workouts range in length from 30-60 minutes and whatever your goal, whether it’s weight loss, increased lean muscle mass or to improve your mental wellbeing, our workouts have got you covered!

We recognise the benefits of community in fitness, and as part of our squad you will be challenged, celebrated and for the competitive amongst you have the opportunity to get involved in some healthy competition with your squad mates.
